7 Days Free Trial

We offer 7 days free trial for our developmental services.

Under this scheme, you have to make an advance payment for 7 days service. This is subject to proportionate refund in case you are not happy with the quality of work.

You are requested to communicate your dissatisfaction to the respective account manager within the 6th day for processing the refund. However, no refund will be made if you inform after the 6th day.

Termination of contract due to quality

If by any chance you are not satisfied with the quality of the work, we will provide you with an immediate replacement. You are also free to terminate the contract within the first 7 days and we will offer 100% refund in that case.

Termination of contract due to delay in allocation

We generally require a lead-time of 1 week for making preparations prior to the beginning of an assignment. During this time nothing is charged from you. We only begin charging you from the date of real allocation.

If, by chance we are unable to start off within a week of your first payment, we will inform you before the end of the week. In such a situation you are free to terminate the contract or wait for an allotment. In case of contract termination, we assure you of a 100% refund.
